Chris Martey is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Musculoskeletal Advanced Clinical Practitioner with experience across primary, community, secondary care and the third sector.
Based in Wales, he combines clinical practice with a leadership role as a Multi-Professional Primary and Community Care Education Lead, bringing together workforce development, service delivery and system improvement.
He has a strong interest in healthcare leadership, strategy and policy, and is now in his second term on the ARMA Board of Trustees.
Chris has expertise in rheumatic and MSK diseases and has previously served on the Executive Committee of the British Society for Spondyloarthritis and as a Clinical Advisor to Arthritis UK’s Adult Inflammatory Research Advisory Group.
He is committed to advancing collaboration and improving outcomes for people living with MSK conditions.
